Our mission is to provide a person centred, quality service that respects individuality and supports and empowers people to identify and work towards their goals in a meaningful, purposeful way.

We offer Support Coordination (level 1 and 2) and Individual Support as well as a group session on Thursdays in Burnie (limited places due to Covid restrictions). We focus on YOUR goals and shape your services to support you to reach them.
