Bridget has worked across the community and social services for over 25 years in the following areas: mental health, addictions recovery, trauma, complex youth, sexuality and interpersonal relationships, learning and behavioural challenges, parenting and families.

Bridget takes the ‘COME AS YOU ARE’ approach and offers integrative support to discover a meaningful life.

She has appreciation for accessing the beauty offered in the natural world to integrate into her practices and offers equine and animals as supportive ‘helpers’ if requested.

Bridget holds a Bachelor in Applied Social Sciences- Counselling; with memberships to the appropriate Counselling governing bodies- PACFA & CCAA, ATL & AABAT
