I am a therapist specialising in art therapy and counselling in Hobart. I offer a service that gives people a place to express themselves both verbally and creatively. As an art therapist I am committed to providing my clients with a safe and compassionate space to help them find more ease in their lives. When people come to me, they don’t need to be good at art or even know anything about art-making. Art becomes a way helping people relax and find alternative ways to begin to make sense of what they are dealing with. I am also trained in yoga and mindfulness, and I have an innate way of helping people be more embodied and more aware of the impact of their mind. My clients feel very supported under my care as I am able to remain present and attuned, giving them a well-rounded therapy experience
