North West Support Coordination (NWSC) assists with all support coordination needs ensuring participants goals are achieved.

NWSC has capacity for new participants and capacity to increase support during periods of crisis or issue that may occur.

NWSC are skilled to provide coordination to all NDIS participants.

NWSC  have a strong focus on those living with psycho-social disability and early onset of dementia.

NWSC provide face to face support coordination to people living between Launceston and the West Coast, and have the capacity to provide support coordination via email, phone and online platforms to other areas of Tasmania.

NWSC offer an obligation free meet and greet with participants  ensuring we are a good fit to work together.
