Established in May 2020 the business has grown. We provide support to Home Aged Care and Disabilities. All our Support Workers are Self Employed and Sub Contracted to 2020 Independent Support. They have a variety of skills and due to their efficiencies the business is growing.
We have Support Workers in Hobart, Northern Suburbs, Eastern Shore and Tasman Peninsular. We also have a growing network so if we cannot help we will endeavour to find someone whom can.

We specialise in the delivery of Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology (Injury Rehabilitation) We use exercise, lifestyle and behavioural modification programs to help manage and rehabilitate sports injuries, work place injuries, posture problems and chronic diseases….and help prevent them from returning!

Adapt Occupational Therapy is a small, allied health business offering community based occupational therapy services for adults living with disability or age-related changes in Northern Tasmania. Generally, we see clients in their homes or community setting, however, also offer telehealth and appointments at clinic rooms pending individual’s needs.
